Fashion Art Toronto (F.A.T) is taking over Toronto next week and we can’t wait.
With over 100 artists and 50 shows in just 5 days, this annual event is any Toronto creatives haven.
We attended this show last year, and we couldn’t have been more moved by the array of stunning yet powerful collections that hit the runway. From bringing to light issues of injustice to providing insight into different cultures, this runway has a different meaning aimed at educating and inspiring.
This year, F.A.T brings a bigger theme than ever before: CONNECT. CONNECT, looks at the modern social environment and explores communication, connecting and relationships in the face of technology and global exchange. Through this theme, F.A.T has introduced a stellar line up of must see designers and artists. Some you can expect are Tala Nehlwai, Najla Rahimi, Stevie Crowne, Amplify Apparel, Black Orchid and many, many more.
With the promise of experimental and multi-sensory runways shows, live performances, film and art, Fashion Art Toronto will be an event you don't want to miss.
