FW20 Look Book: Past Present Future by Todd Thomas

This season for New York Fashion Week, Todd Thomas presents his new ready-to-wear collection; Past Present Future, with an intimate TriBeCa installation taking place Wednesday, February 5 to Wednesday, February 12.

Encompassing many influences such as Thomas's love for design, his understanding of the history of fashion and the social observation of garments, the collection embodies the past, present and future of fashion as through Thomas's lense.

Within the collection, Thomas offers "multiple levels of access in price, silhouette and fabrication – making well made, elegant, whimsical pieces that combine concept and functionality." In addition, the collection provides an assortment of "pieces that combine traditional occasional silhouettes fabricated in non-traditional combinations"- wearable for any season.

Lastly, the collection is also sustainable in nature, a monumental trend within fashion that has been dominating and progressing a positive impact. Taking into consideration the fabric selected and the processing, Thomas's pieces are created locally with limited runs.

For us this collection brings together fashion through the ages in color and silhouette. Sharing vibrant and dynamic colors, eclectic patterns and fun silhouettes Thomas captures the essence of what it means to have past, present and future, in one collection.
